The Lead, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Generalist is a senior, cross-stack reliability expert focused on preventing outages by analyzing application behavior, system signals, and historical incidents. The role leads observability, monitoring, root-cause analysis, automation, operational resilience, and reliability improvements across application, platform, and infrastructure teams, while mentoring engineers and influencing reliability decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
