Description
The Physical Security Lead is responsible for maintaining and auditing site physical security controls, including access control, CCTV, alarms, key management, server-room security, training, and compliance audits. The role investigates security failures, manages remediation and testing, supports security and safety training, prepares audit files, generates security reports, and ensures adherence to physical security policies and standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of security and safety experience, knowledge of compliance, auditing, risk management, information technology, and information security, along with strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
