Neros is hiring a Lead, Software Application Engineer to own the development, quality, and delivery of web, desktop, Android, and backend services for mission-planning, system configuration, and flight-data analysis tools. The role leads and grows the application and backend development team, makes architecture decisions, and maintains engineering quality through code review, testing, CI/CD, observability, and on-call responsibilities. Candidates should have hands-on software-team leadership, cross-platform application and backend development experience, offline-first application experience, and strong judgment on architecture, data modeling, and security.
