The Lead Systems Engineer, R&D leads complex medical imaging product development and systems engineering efforts, including architecture, interoperability, clinical workflows, hardware, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. The role provides strategic technical leadership, product roadmap guidance, customer and market insight, cross-functional project management, and support for CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement. It requires extensive experience in medical imaging technologies and systems engineering, with a preferred master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. The annualized base salary is $119,300 to $186,600, with bonus eligibility, and the position is marked remote.
