Description
Netsmart is hiring a Lead Software Architect, Cloud & AI Modernization to lead architecture strategy and hands-on modernization for its Post-Acute healthcare engineering organization. The onsite Overland Park, Kansas role focuses on enterprise application modernization, AWS and cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, modular or microservices architecture, DevOps and CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. The architect will collaborate across engineering, DevOps, cloud, security, product, UX, and other leaders in a matrixed environment, and must live in or relocate to the Greater Kansas City metro area. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required; healthcare technology and Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, event-driven systems, AI/ML, LLM, MLOps, or platform engineering experience are preferred.
