DrinkPAK is hiring a full-time, salaried Lead Full-Stack Software Developer to design, build, and deliver full-stack applications and digital tools supporting manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, customer-facing portals, and internal business systems. The role combines hands-on coding, architecture, integrations, data pipelines, CI/CD, DevOps, security, and stakeholder collaboration, with no people-management responsibilities. The position is based at DrinkPAK’s headquarters in Santa Clarita, California, and offers a base salary of $130,000–$150,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
