Geotab is hiring a Lead Software Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-throughput, performance-critical applications. The role leads complex projects and prototypes, conducts code reviews and testing, mentors developers, defines technical architecture, and serves as a subject-matter expert across products and departments. Candidates need 10–12 years of software development experience, a relevant post-secondary diploma or degree, and expertise in object-oriented programming, databases, Python, cloud platforms, frontend technologies, Git, and project leadership. The position follows a flexible hybrid model and offers an annual base salary of CAD 116,200–155,000.
