OpenText is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for Visibility to lead the design, development, support, and continuous evolution of Visibility solutions across TG Insights and legacy products. The role provides technical leadership during North American business hours, collaborates with architecture, product, professional services, and cloud operations teams, and leads incident resolution, reliability, observability, and enterprise SaaS improvements. It requires expert Java and Spring Boot microservices experience, distributed systems and Kafka expertise, Oracle and Cassandra knowledge, cloud-native AWS and GCP experience, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Anthos, Istio, Helm, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on development experience and offers a salary range of $143,400 to $215,000.
