Description
The Lead Software Developer will guide and mentor technical and non-technical teammates while planning, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions for clients. Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical specifications, developing critical solutions, reviewing and auditing code, advising clients, and implementing modern development techniques. The role requires at least 8 years of software development experience, including 3 recent years with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, plus 2+ years leading software developers. Full-stack development, Agile or Scrum, application testing, CI/CD, Domain-Driven Design, and a modern client-side framework are required; cloud, containerization, mobile, microservices, serverless, and Hexagonal Architecture experience are advantageous.
