PEMCCO is hiring a full-time Lead Software Developer to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, and modernize complex software applications and computer systems supporting government and customer missions. The role involves analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions, participating in software architecture and design reviews, troubleshooting defects and performance issues, coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, eight years of experience in software development or a related technical field, strong programming and systems-analysis skills, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance if required. The position offers $36.43–$54.64 hourly depending on experience, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits.
