Redgrave LLP is hiring a Lead Software Developer to design, build, and scale custom applications and AI-powered tools for its legal technology practice. The role combines hands-on Python development with technical leadership, including CI/CD and containerization strategy, AI/LLM integrations, architecture decisions, code quality, testing, security remediation, and developer mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of professional software development experience including two years in a technical lead or senior individual contributor role, and strong Python, CI/CD, containerization, and AI/LLM production experience. The expected base salary is $165,000 to $215,000, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.
