CFRA is hiring a Lead Software Developer to lead a team and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and AWS. The role includes product and technical stakeholder collaboration, solution design review, debugging and performance analysis, production issue resolution, Agile project leadership, and mentoring. Candidates need at least six years of enterprise full-stack development experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong software development, database, infrastructure-as-code, testing, and communication skills; CFA and financial equity research experience are a strong plus.
