AWS is hiring a Lead Software Development Engineer for the Amazon Quick team to design and develop features for the Amazon Quick product, work with senior scientists and engineers, and lead software engineering practices, distributed and scalable system design, technical leadership, and the development, integration, testing, documentation, and support of new AI services. The role requires at least five years of professional software development experience, programming experience, leading design or architecture experience, and experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $168,100 to $227,400 annually.
