Description
Hologic is hiring a full-time Sr. Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software applications in C and C++, and to prototype and implement algorithms for signal processing, real-time control, and sensor fusion and tracking. The role covers algorithm requirements, verification, embedded performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, software quality, technical support, project leadership, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of C/C++ software development experience, and hands-on experience with embedded numerical algorithms, real-time operating systems, and software testing. The annualized base salary range is $128,200 to $200,500, with bonus eligibility.
