HighLevel is hiring a Lead SDET - Mobile to own the quality strategy for Flutter-based iOS and Android applications. The role leads mobile test automation, scalable automation frameworks, AI-assisted testing, release quality, defect reduction, and QA process improvement, while mentoring SDETs and setting technical direction. Candidates need at least seven years of mobile testing and automation experience, strong Flutter and programming skills, CI/CD and cloud device-farm experience, and leadership abilities.
