Description
Point is hiring a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to serve as a technical leader in its Quality Engineering organization. The role is a hands-on individual contributor position responsible for designing scalable UI, API, backend, and end-to-end automation frameworks; integrating testing into CI/CD; applying AI-powered testing; analyzing quality metrics; leading cross-team initiatives; and mentoring engineers. It is fully remote within eligible United States states and requires 8+ years of software quality engineering experience, expert JavaScript/TypeScript skills, modern automation framework expertise, and experience with cloud tools, SQL, distributed systems, and AI/LLM-powered testing.
