Description
Tekion is hiring a Lead Software Development Test Engineer to provide technical leadership for quality engineering across complex product areas. The role owns test strategy, automation maturity, release quality, risk-based testing, defect analysis, test environments, CI/CD integration, and quality standards, while mentoring engineers and advising on complex release decisions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least seven years of software testing, quality assurance, or software development experience, and expertise in SDLC, STLC, Agile, distributed systems, test automation, programming, API and data testing, and quality tools.
