Red Alpha is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to support a mission-critical program focused on designing and delivering secure, scalable AWS-based full-stack software for encryption key storage and management. The role leads development using Java, Python, ReactJS, Kubernetes, and Docker, works with engineering teams and customer stakeholders, and requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. It is a hybrid position in Annapolis Junction, Maryland with up to three days of telework per week, and offers a projected salary range of $180,000 to $225,000 plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
