Description

SimCorp is hiring a Lead Software Engineer – AI and DevOps to lead DevOps and Azure infrastructure for AI-enabled software solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering, architectural leadership, CI/CD, monitoring, production delivery, technical mentorship, and collaboration with product, design, and quality teams. It requires 7+ years of DevOps experience, strong Azure and AI platform expertise, infrastructure-as-code skills, and knowledge of secure, scalable AI workloads. The position is based in Noida or Hyderabad, India, or Copenhagen, Denmark, with a global hybrid policy requiring two days per week in the office.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
Experience deploying Azure OpenAI and Azure Foundry solutions, including model versioning and quota management
Experience with RAG pipelines, Azure AI Search, embedding pipelines, and indexing jobs
Exposure to agentic frameworks, including MAF and MCP/A2A plugins
Experience with Azure Bicep, PowerShell scripts, and YAML for infrastructure as code
Preferred Qualifications: Observability design and incident response
Understanding of managed identity, Key Vault, secure networking, Azure Policy, RBAC, networking, and private endpoints
Understanding of data governance, PII, and tenant isolation for AI workloads
Excellent English verbal and communication skills
