Description
IFS is hiring a Lead/Senior Software Engineer for its Enterprise Asset Management team to design, build, and evolve production-grade AI-native enterprise software. The role combines domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows. The engineer will work with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, mentor engineers, drive technical leadership, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality software that improves customer outcomes.
