Description
Relativity is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to own a major area of Gavel’s product, including agents, the context pipeline, evaluation platform, or Word integration. The role is a hands-on technical leadership position responsible for the technical roadmap, architecture, full-stack development, release quality, engineering standards, and mentoring two to four engineers. It may be based remotely in the United States or in Seattle or Chicago and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $224,000 plus bonus and equity.
