Description
The Lead Software Engineer & Architect, also referred to as Enterprise Software Engineer II, provides technical leadership and architectural direction across platforms and products. The role designs scalable enterprise solutions, leads application development and integration, mentors developers and co-ops, defines architectural standards, supports automated testing and data pipelines, estimates development cycles, and provides second-tier customer support. It requires at least five years of professional experience, including three years of hands-on enterprise software development and solution architecture, along with a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree and Azure or other solutions architect certification are preferred.
