Aechelon Technology is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to own the architecture, data layer, integrations, release engineering, and technical direction of its offline Configuration, Pricing and Quoting desktop application built with Electron, React, and SQLite. The role partners with sales, finance, and operations leadership; mentors engineers; and shapes the Contract Analyzer module. Candidates need at least four years of production JavaScript/Node.js experience, strong React and SQL skills, Electron expertise, third-party API integration experience, and experience setting technical direction. The California salary range is $126,000 to $160,000 per year, with employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.
