Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field, or a Master of Science in Computer Science or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience with a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ years with an M.S. in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in high-volume, critical production service environments
Experience building interactive web user interfaces with TypeScript/React or similar component frameworks
Experience with modern AI coding tools and agentic workflows
Experience collaborating with contacts outside the immediate area of expertise and influencing team culture
Experience guiding less experienced engineers and owning complex deliverables
Strong Java fundamentals with Spring, Hibernate/JPA, interface-first architecture, and dependency injection
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building or integrating LLM pipelines, prompt workflows, and AI copilot services
Experience with custom agent harnesses, context configuration files, and spec-driven workflows
Experience with data visualization libraries and Redux state management
Strong React, TypeScript, and functional UI foundation
Familiarity with process mining, analytics, or business intelligence platforms
