Description
BAS is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to set technical direction across a product domain, guide multiple engineering teams, make architectural and technology choices, coach engineers, lead complex incidents, and improve developer experience. The role requires extensive experience as a Senior, Staff, or Lead Software Engineer, architectural decision-making, scalability, and collaboration with product, business, and technical stakeholders. It is based at BAS’s office in Veghel, with at least four days per week in the office, and offers training, development opportunities, vacation days, and a pension plan.
