Breaking Wave is hiring a full-time Lead Software Engineer - AI-Assisted Product Engineering to build and ship SaaS products for Deutsche Bank. The role uses AI coding tools to accelerate development, translates business needs into technical solutions, manages backlogs, and owns software quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and production deployments. It requires hands-on software engineering experience, AI-assisted engineering expertise, modern cloud and microservices knowledge, C# and TypeScript or Node.js proficiency, and strong collaboration with product stakeholders.
