Capital One India is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Machine Learning eXperience team in Bangalore. The role leads diverse technology projects involving distributed systems, microservices, platform engineering, and AI/ML applications; designs production APIs, SDKs, libraries, and developer tools; integrates GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, agents, and orchestration; and supports observability, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and extensive software engineering, backend, database, distributed systems, API, and cloud experience, with no visa sponsorship available.
