Description
DEMECAN is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership of its telemedicine platform, continue hands-on development, reduce technical risks, and transition the platform into an internal engineering structure. The role involves evaluating architecture and code quality, collaborating with Product, leading external developers and partners, conducting code reviews, transferring knowledge, and eventually building and leading a small internal engineering team. The technology stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Edge Functions, Stripe Connect, and Vercel, with hybrid work and benefits including a monthly voucher, pension plan, vacation, and training opportunities.
