Description
Enverus is hiring a Lead Software Engineer in Brno, Czechia, to lead the design and development of an AI-powered analyst agent and backend services. The role owns systems end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, observability, reliability, and operational support, while integrating frontier AI models, designing Python-based async and API systems, and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of software engineering experience with significant Python backend development, experience leading technical direction, and experience with AI-powered or agent-based systems, data pipelines, task queuing, databases, and Kubernetes.
