The role includes architectural strategy, full software development lifecycle oversight, engineering mentorship, code and design reviews, TDD and BDD adoption, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of professional software development experience including two years in a lead or mentorship role, and strong expertise in Java, Spring, microservices, databases, Kafka, testing, and CI/CD.
