FINRA is hiring a Lead Test Automation Engineer to lead testing automation strategy across its enterprise applications, including Workday HCM and Finance systems. The role combines approximately 40% QA strategy and leadership, 50% automation and test case development, and 10% code reviews, with hands-on development, framework implementation, mentorship, quality-metrics reporting, and shift-left testing initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, at least seven years of related experience, strong Java and test-automation skills, and experience with tools such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, AWS, Jenkins, and GitLab. The position is hybrid and offers location-based base salaries ranging from $114,200 to $248,700.
