Description
Gamma is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead technically complex development across its Group Products suite, including proprietary OSS/BSS and UCaaS & CCaaS solutions. The role involves building and maintaining systems with TypeScript, Node.js, and React; designing secure APIs; producing solution design documentation; conducting code reviews; mentoring engineers; improving CI/CD and testing practices; applying site reliability engineering principles; and optimising application performance. Candidates should have strong software architecture, distributed-systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and production-systems experience, along with experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership. The role requires UK work eligibility and a basic DBS check and is marked hybrid.
