Description

Garmin is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for Garmin Connect Mobile in Cluj-Napoca. The role leads a team through solution creation, effort estimation, development, project implementation, scheduling, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. It requires native Android or iOS development, enterprise mobile application experience, Agile experience, prior lead-software-engineer experience, complex project management, team-leading experience with 4+ people, strong problem-solving and communication skills, English proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of relevant experience. The position requires five days in the office each week.
