Description
HighLevel is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its AI Studio Team, which builds an AI-powered React application builder that generates production-ready websites and applications from natural language. The role owns architecture and scaling decisions for core AI Studio components, leads distributed systems and LLM pipeline design, and serves as a hands-on technical leader and mentor for engineers working on app generation, React building, design systems, domain publishing, and AI agents. The position is an individual-contributor role focused on system design, production code, reliability, observability, AI safety, and cross-functional leadership.
