Insurity is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Policy Decisions engineering team in Noida. The role leads technical delivery from discovery through production support, translating product requirements into scalable C#/.NET, Web API, React, SQL, and Azure solutions. It involves hands-on development, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, troubleshooting, technical leadership, mentoring, and establishing AI-assisted engineering practices. The position requires substantial software engineering experience, including complex capability delivery, API and distributed-systems development, insurance or policy-administration technology, configurable platforms, and experience with geographically distributed teams.
