L3Harris is hiring an on-site Lead, Software Engineer (Software IPT Lead) in Herndon, Virginia, working a 9/80 regular schedule. The role leads software development for advanced sonar systems, including requirements, architecture, testing, integration, C/C++ application and embedded software, Linux GUI and system-control work, design reviews, flight safety certification, CAM, and team performance tracking. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent graduate- and experience-based qualifications, along with agile lead experience, C/C++ development experience, proposal and earned-value experience, and large software planning experience. The listed salary range is $135,000 to $250,500.
