LSEG is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to define technical direction for a focused product or platform area, design and deploy distributed cloud applications, build CI/CD pipelines, develop APIs and integrations, and guide engineering quality and resilience. The role requires strong C# and distributed-systems expertise, familiarity with Python, Spark SQL, PostgreSQL, Azure, containers, and data-engineering patterns, along with hands-on leadership and mentorship. The anticipated annual gross base salary is zł265,000–zł419,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan and LSEG benefits.
