Description
The Lead Software Engineer will develop and lead software engineering projects, create enhanced software solutions, research technical alternatives, and ensure team activities meet functional and non-functional requirements. The role involves leading major projects, programming, creating proof-of-concept applications, collaborating with business and technical partners, evaluating third-party products, maintaining technology roadmaps, and communicating with stakeholders. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, advanced software engineering knowledge, object-oriented programming and debugging skills, experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Oracle, web services, and Agile methodologies, along with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
