Mastercard is hiring a Lead Software Engineer, BE&O, to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native experimentation and analytics software. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across distributed teams, including system architecture, API and data-pipeline development, modernization, code and architecture reviews, observability, and mentorship. Candidates should have at least 8 years of software engineering experience, expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
