Mastercard is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader and hands-on engineer for BE&O’s next-generation experimentation and analytics platform. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered products, intelligent agents, agentic workflows, and scalable cloud-native services; leading production transitions; coordinating globally distributed engineering teams; and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. Required qualifications include at least 8 years of software engineering experience, distributed systems and cloud-native application expertise, experience with data-intensive analytics platforms, and proven experience building AI-powered applications or generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
