The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, microservices and distributed-systems expertise, code review, mentoring, production troubleshooting, and collaboration with product, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders. Required expertise includes AI solution architecture, Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, and API security; preferred experience includes 10+ years of software development, 3+ years in a technical lead or lead developer role, enterprise-scale distributed systems, architecture and modernization initiatives, and production AI-enabled solutions.
