Description
Mastercard is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead the technical direction and roadmap of the Developer Workbench, a unified developer-centric platform for the MSBX division. The role owns core platform components, developer tooling integrations, onboarding environments, governance, instrumentation, metrics, and AI-augmented development capabilities, while partnering with product, platform, security, compliance, and engineering stakeholders. It requires extensive experience in platform engineering, developer experience, cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and enterprise tooling, along with strong technical leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
