Description
Mastercard is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead and coach a cross-functional engineering team while also contributing as a strong individual contributor. The role owns the design and development of full-stack web applications and data pipelines, provides technical and product direction, partners with product teams, and leads engineering innovation and accountability in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, experience leading engineering teams and large technical efforts, and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Redux, TypeScript, and SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
