Mastercard is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of its next-generation experimentation and analytics platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, including distributed systems, cloud-native services, APIs, data pipelines, AWS and Azure, Databricks, Spark, observability, and continuous delivery. The engineer will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate globally distributed initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive modernization, scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence.
