Description

OWT is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of software solutions using Claude, Claude Code, and engineering best practices for Swiss clients. The role covers the full project lifecycle, technical architecture, CI/CD, DevSecOps, agile delivery, client support, and developer mentoring. Candidates need a computer science or related degree, at least seven years of development experience, leadership of Agile teams, proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET, LLM and agent-design experience, cloud and container experience, and fluency in German and English.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree in computer science or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years of development experience
Proven experience leading Agile teams
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design
Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Hands-on Docker experience and understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals
Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps culture
Preferred Qualifications: Angular/React proficiency
RAG experience
French language proficiency
