Description
The Master Data Engineering Manager reports to the Director, Master Data Products and leads a team of data engineers while also performing hands-on master data engineering and development in the Google Cloud Platform. The role designs, develops, tests, and deploys scalable data integration and transformation solutions, manages data pipelines, enforces data governance and quality, coordinates delivery with architecture and business customers, and advises analytics and data science teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of data development and engineering experience, 2+ years of technical leadership experience, and 3+ years of GCP experience, along with SQL, Python, Scala, Java, data warehousing, and cloud data engineering knowledge.
