Redgate is hiring a hands-on technical leader to build agentic AI interfaces and integrate AI capabilities across its database-management product suite. The role leads complex engineering work, shapes technical strategy, owns engineering quality, collaborates with product and architecture teams, and develops other engineers. It is based in Cambridge with an in-office expectation of once every two weeks, pays up to £95,000 subject to experience, and offers private health insurance and other benefits.
