Description
Relativity is hiring a senior engineering leader to design, develop, and operate distributed, scalable, secure full-stack cloud services for its RelativityOne platform. The role leads technical direction across frontend, backend, and data layers; mentors engineers; owns reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, workload scheduling, cluster lifecycle, infrastructure automation, and platform capacity; and partners with product and consuming engineering teams. It requires 7+ years of cloud-native systems experience, production Kubernetes expertise, distributed multi-tenant systems experience, and strong technical leadership. The position is hybrid or remote and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $224,000 plus bonus and equity.
