Description
Atlassian Williams F1 Team is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Performance Technology group. The role leads a team of 3–5 engineers, owns technical direction and architecture, contributes hands-on to software design and code, and supports real-time data systems, simulations, analysis tools, and cloud-native modernisation. The position requires 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead engineering role, and experience across C++, Rust, Python, distributed systems, streaming technologies, data persistence, functional programming, DevOps, and scalable system delivery.
