Zeta Global is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Real-Time Events (RTE) team to design, build, and operate the ZMP real-time events pipeline. The role owns event-pipeline architecture, production features, interfaces, reliability, observability, on-call gaps, and post-incident improvements while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product, Data, and consumer teams. It requires 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including lead or staff-level work on event, streaming, or data-infrastructure systems, along with expertise in Kafka or equivalent, Python, AWS, Spark or EMR, databases, and Apache Airflow. The salary range is $200,000–$210,000, with medical, dental, vision, equity, and other benefits.
